Most residential jobs take two to three days on site. We work clean and we protect what is around the area. - Handover
Walk on it after 24 hours. Leave it two to three days before putting things back. Wait one to two weeks before driving on it. We will run you through cleaning before we leave.

How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of the area, the condition of the slab and the finish you choose. Preparation is the variable that moves the price most. A sound slab is straightforward, one with cracking, old coatings or moisture problems takes more work. We quote on the actual floor rather than a rate off a website.
Can you go over my existing tiles?
Yes. The tiles need diamond grinding first so the coating can grip, then a self-levelling coat to fill the grout lines. After that the coating goes over the top and you would never know the tiles were there.
How long will it last in a home?
Ten to twenty years is normal for a residential floor that gets looked after. Garages and alfresco areas see less traffic than the industrial floors we coat, so they tend to sit at the longer end.
Will it be slippery?
Only if we build it that way. We add aggregate into the coating to give you grip, and we match the level to the area. Around a pool we go heavier than we would inside a garage.
Can I match it to the house?
Yes. Colours, flake blends and decorative finishes are all options, and we bring samples to the site visit so you can see them in your own light.
How long before I can use the space?
Walk on it after 24 hours. Keep objects off for two to three days. Full cure takes one to two weeks, so hold off driving on a garage floor until then.
Do you work outside the Perth metro?
