What does not change between those jobs is the part underneath. A coating is only as good as the slab it is bonded to, and the preparation is where we spend most of our time on every job regardless of what it is worth.
Specialists, Not Generalists
We are not a general flooring company. We do not lay timber, install tiles or supply vinyl. We resurface, repair and coat concrete, and that is the whole business.
That narrowness is deliberate. It means when you ask whether polyurethane cement or epoxy is right for a wash-down area, or whether a slab with twenty years of oil in it can be saved, you get an answer from someone who has dealt with that exact situation many times rather than someone reading a data sheet.
It also means we will tell you when a coating is not the answer. If a slab needs replacing rather than resurfacing, or if the moisture reading says it needs remediation first, you will hear that at the site visit rather than after the job has failed.

Manufacturers do not hand out applicator approvals casually. They put their product warranty behind the person applying it, so the approval is a statement about workmanship rather than about who buys the most material.

Over the years our work has gone into projects including Royal Perth Hospital and Ausco Modular, alongside a long list of industrial and commercial buildings, community facilities and residential jobs across the state.
The commercial side runs from single-day shop fitouts through to staged industrial floors installed around a client’s production schedule. The residential side is mostly garages, alfresco areas and decorative work in homes.

We would like to confirm that PM Industries is a recommended applicator of Crommelin sealers and flooring products.
PM Industries has applied Crommelin products successfully since 2007. Peter and his team at PM Industries have demonstrated that they are quality coating applicators, striving to provide quality service and support to both the client and supplier.
Parchem
Parchem operates a policy to encourage the use, where possible, of experienced applicators. This ensures that the scope of work is completed satisfactorily so that long-term performance of the materials is assured.

Sika Products & Systems
This is to confirm that PM Industries are a Recommended Applicator for the following Sika Products and Systems.
- Protective Coatings (Sikagard® Systems)
- Floor Coatings and Systems( Sikafloor Range)
PM Industries have continued to demonstrate proper storage, preparation and application of the above mentioned Sika Products and Systems.
The Recommended Applicator is aware of the relevant Sika Product Data Sheets and all other technical documentation.
This confirmation is valid for one year from its date of issue and may be renewed subject to the Recommended Applicator successfully completing any training courses
required by Sika.
