Retail Floors Have Two Jobs
A shop floor has to look good enough to be part of the fitout and take a beating that most decorative flooring cannot. Trolleys, stock movement, pallet jacks on delivery day, and the same walkway from the door to the counter worn by everyone who comes in.
Vinyl and laminate manage the look and give up on the wear. Polished concrete manages the wear but limits the look and the colour. A coated floor does both, and does it seamlessly, so there are no joins collecting dirt in a space where presentation is the product.

Working To A Fitout Programme
Retail fitouts run to a handover date that does not move. We programme in around the other trades, work nights and weekends where the schedule demands it, and use fast-curing systems so the floor is not the thing holding up shopfitting.
For an existing shop that is trading, we stage it or work overnight so you open as normal.
